Molly Tarlov is an American actress who is famous for her starring role as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama TV show Awkward from 2011. Tarlov was the second of two daughters, born in the home of her parents in Manhattan. Tarlov began her professional career when she was 10 years old as Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was a huge success with students in seventh grade. She spent summers studying at NYU Tisch as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she earned her Bachelor of Arts (theatre) and studied a range of different acting styles. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and could incorporate writing into her performance in the LAByrinth Theater Master Course. Molly changed her jacket for a black pair of sunglasses before heading to Los Angeles. Her parents were awestruck by her success in landing a part of three words on iCarly. Molly has starred on numerous television programs and created Caitlin to play Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley in ABC Family's Huge. Molly is a basketball athlete who believes she's much better than she is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
