Angela Christine Watson is an American model and actress. She is best known for her role as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson has a Master's degree from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She also is a National Board Certified teacher. She has more than 11 years of classroom experience and nearly a decade experience as instructor coach. Angela was a former teacher, who founded the website in 2003, was looking to offer practical suggestions for classrooms and inspire other teachers with a positive mentality to make them feel more comfortable in the work they do. The site was called Ms. Powell's management ideas for teachers until 2008. It then became The Cornerstone for Teachers, after the publication of her book. Angela Powell's professional development in productivity is now being used at over 45,000 public schools in the USA through her 40 Hour Workweek initiative. The program was originally designed to be used by teachers The 40 Hour Workweek was broadened to include administrators and instructional coaches.
